Drug Court

 

The program is designed to serve high risk/high need individuals who have significant substance abuse problems.  In order to be eligible to participate in the Gallia County Common Pleas Court Drug Court, the defendant must meet the following criteria.

The Gallia County Common Pleas Court Drug court has the following primary goals:

Drug Court Supervision

As a Drug Court participant, you will be required to appear in Drug Court before the Judge on a regular basis and to fulfill other requirements of the program.  The Drug Court program is divided into four levels.

Level 1:     Duration minimum of 8-weeks

Participants are required to appear in court once a week, maintain counseling and case management appointments, be drug tested weekly.

Level 2:    Duration minimum of 12 weeks

Participants are required to appear in court once every two weeks, maintain counseling and case management appointments, be drug tested weekly, participate in MRT and attend independent support groups NA/AA.

Level 3:    Duration minimum of 16-weeks

Participants are required to appear in court once every three weeks, maintain counseling and case management appointments, be drug tested weekly, participate in MRT and attend independent support groups NA/AA.

Level 4:    Duration minimum of 16-weeks

Participants are required to appear in court once every month, maintain counseling and case management appointments, be drug tested weekly, participate in MRT and attend independent support groups NA/AA.HOMECONTACT
