Gallia County Engineer

New Address Policy

 

In order to get a new address in Gallia County, you will need to do the following:

1)                  Mark new driveway for Engineer's Office.

2)                  If not making a new driveway, mark the location of the new structure.

3)                  When contacting Engineer's Office for new address, give the nearest address to the new driveway or new structure.

After the Gallia County Engineer's Office receives the proper information, an Address Technician will physically go to the property and assign an address.  Technicians will be performing this task on Wednesdays of each week.  Once address is assigned, you will be notified by the Technician.
